Can I have multiple flavors or a non-alcoholic option?

Yes! Our double-tank machine lets you have split flavors — with or without alcohol. For larger events with more than 200 servings, we suggest a single flavor to ensure consistent freezing and uninterrupted service because the tanks will be refilled periodically as service continues.

What is included in the booking?

All bookings include delivery, setup, cleanup, an OLCC-licensed server, premium mix and water, disposable cups, napkins and straws, alcohol recommendation guide, and two hours of service.

What flavors are available?

We offer a variety of flavors, including frosé, frosé blanc, margarita, Bellini, whiskey sour, Aperol spritz, strawberry daiquiri, citrus, and more. Any flavor can be served with or without alcohol. Our mixes are of the highest quality, organic whenever possible, naturally flavored, and never contain any corn syrup or dyes. Customized flavors are available, so if you have something else in mind, let’s talk.

Can Rogue Frosé sell me the wine or spirits for my event?

Due to Oregon liquor licensing laws, we cannot sell wine or spirits directly to customers. However, we will assist you with selection, purchasing, and delivery, and we also offer a concierge service for pickup to make the process even easier. To allow for proper chilling and preparation, we request that all alcohol or spirits arrive to us within 72 hours of your event’s start time.

What is your service area? Do you travel?

Every package include free delivery within 20 miles of Medford, Oregon. Depending on availability, we are able to travel anywhere within Oregon for $1.25 per mile. Longer distances may add an overnight accommodation fee.

Can I add extra hours to my booking?

Yes! you can add on additional hours for an extra charge.

How long does the setup process take?

Setup takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours from arrival to start of service, and cleanup typically takes 30 to 45 minutes. Depending on your desired service duration, we will be on site for at least four to five hours. Our staff will handle full setup, delivery, and cleanup. They will remain on site during the entire process to serve and assist your guests.

Are there any add-ons available?

We offer candy or fresh fruit bar add-ons for guests to enjoy with their drinks. We’re also happy to find ways to customize your experience to fit the theme or mood of your event — just ask!

What are the requirements for the cart’s placement?

Our cart must be set up within 100 feet of a 15 amp electrical outlet and within level walking distance from a drop-off or parking area. Our machine functions best out of direct sun and heat, so we ask that you place us in the coolest area possible. Extreme heat can affect the slush texture. We offer canopy or umbrella add-on options as needed.

If power isn’t available at your desired location, a generator is available to add to your rental. We can also set up indoors or in more difficult locations (e.g. stairs or hilly terrain) with prior site review and an extra setup fee — please contact us to discuss.

How far in advance should I book the frosé cart?

Our calendar fills up quickly, so it's best to reserve your date as soon as possible. After planning your event specifics, we require a 50% deposit to reserve the date, with the balance payable within 28 days of the event.

What is the cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund of any balance up to 28 days before your event. Any cancellations beyond that will be returned as a credit toward a future booking.
